Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add rice flour, powdered sugar, milk, and 1tsp oil and add required warm water and knead soft dough cover and leave it for 1 hour.
* Step 2
Now in another bowl take grated paneer, condensed milk, nuts and mix it well stuffing is ready.
* Step 3
Now take out little dough and fill with stuffing and make it in round shape and coat it with sesame seeds,make all anarsa like this.
* Step 4
Now heat the oil in deep frying pan and fry all anarsa on low to medium flame untill it turns golden brown.
* Step 5
Drain out the fried anarsa on absorbent paper now anarsa are ready to serve.
