Oatmeal raisin cookies

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Whisk together and set aside flour salt and baking soda
* Step 2
Cream together in a stand mixer the butter sugar sugar eggs and vanilla
* Step 3
Add the flour mixture that has been set aside and mix well
* Step 4
Add the oats the raisins and the walnuts and mix until well combined
* Step 5
Place spoon size cookie mix on a cookie sheet approximately two inches apart
* Step 6
Bake in separate batches at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are lightly golden brown and the top is set
* Step 7
Remove from the oven and cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes then transfer the cookies to a wire rack to finish cooling
