Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan add the ghee, sauté the onion until translucent and golden.
* Step 2
Add the minced meat and sauté until cooked. Add the garlic and coriander and stir until aromatic.
* Step 3
Add the water and bring to a boil. Add the raw cauliflower, season with the spices and salt to taste
* Step 4
Stir in the tomato paste, cover and simmer over low heat for 20 - 25 minutes or until the cauliflower is cooked.
* Step 5
Transfer stew to your choice of serving dish, garnish as desired. Serve hot next to vermicelli rice.
