Dandelion_greens_with_oil
Dandelion greens themselves are high in iron,calcium, vitamins A,C,K and B2 among other vitamins and minerals, and at one point were used for medicine. On top of that, they also contain more protein and iron than spinach. 💪😋
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boiling dandelion greens: Clean dandelion, wash well, until dust soil is removed, and the water becomes clear
* Step 2
Cut about 5-6 cm in length (if the stems are long)
* Step 3
Boil in boiling water, for 15 minutes, or until the stem becomes soft
* Step 4
Dip in a suitable container, which contains cool water, then put in a filter until it is cool
* Step 5
Squeeze with hands palms until we get rid of all the water
* Step 6
In a suitable pan, put olive oil, add onion, and stir until golden in color
* Step 7
Add dandelion greens salt, (chili, and spices-optional-)
* Step 8
Cook over medium heat, for 10 minutes
* Step 9
Preparation of onions for decoration: In an appropriate pan, put the vegetable oil, add onions, and stir until golden brown, brownish
Drain of oil and leave aside
* Step 10
Pour dendelion into the serving dish, decorate, with fried onions
* Step 11
Serve cold, add lemon juice as desired
