Traditionally south indian sweet dish served in special occasion.veey easy and fast to make and taste a kesari saffron flavour.best goes in special occation
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the ghee in a pan when it melts add the roasted suji and keep on stirring till light brown.and get a nice aroma.
* Step 2
Meanwhile bring the milk to a boil and add saffron.and it will release a beautiful colour and aroma.add this boiling kesar to the roasted suji and keep on stirring till it thickens.add jaggery,and pistachios keep stirring continuously till it thickens.mix cardamon and stir for a min in a low flame. And switch off the flame.garnish it with pista almond and kesar
