Keseriya suji halwa

Ingredient

Food ration :

3 servings
1full cup

roasted suji

2 and 1/4 cup

Jaggery

3 tablespoon

Ghee

3 cup

Milk

1 tablespoon

Cardaamon

As required

Kesar strands

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the ghee in a pan when it melts add the roasted suji and keep on stirring till light brown.and get a nice aroma.

* Step 2

Meanwhile bring the milk to a boil and add saffron.and it will release a beautiful colour and aroma.add this boiling kesar to the roasted suji and keep on stirring till it thickens.add jaggery,and pistachios keep stirring continuously till it thickens.mix cardamon and stir for a min in a low flame. And switch off the flame.garnish it with pista almond and kesar
