Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To prepare this dhokla,take all the ingredients like besan,oats,and grated carrot.
* Step 2
In a separate bowl beat the sour curd with besan,oats,and mix it well.and add baking soda to it.now add the mixture of grated carrot,then add salt and lime juice.and mix well and keep aside for 1 hrs.
* Step 3
Next,add garlic and ginger paste,turmeric powder,sugar,mix thoroughly,till the dhokla batter is ready.
* Step 4
Next pour the dhokla batter into a greased plate or container,and steam for around 20 min,till it's done.then remove and let it cool down for sometime. Once it's cooled down,cut the dhokla into small square pieces heat oil in a pan,over medium flame,crakel the mustard seeds,and curry pata,green chillies,and pour the tampering over the dhokla.garnish it with grated coconut.
