Nutty Potato

#goldenapron3 This potato halwa is prepared with lots of nuts & cream along with the aroma of saffron comes out really good.

Ingredient

1/2 cup

sugar

1/2 cup

ghee

1/2 cup

cream

1 pinch

saffron

Pinch

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grate the boiled potato. In a bowl whisk the cream add saffron mix well, keep aside.

* Step 2

Heat ghee in a kadai add grated potato, and pinch of salt cook for 5 minutes, stir it in intervals then add sugar, dry fruits mix well,

* Step 3

Then add cream saffron mixture and continuously stir it.Cook slow flame for about 40 minutes till the ghee separate from the potatoes. Stir it intervals. Then decorate with almond slices serve hot.
