Ingredient

curd

2 cups

water

to taste

Salt

1 tbsp

ghee

1 1/2 tsp

panch phoron

1/2 tsp

asafoetida

2 strips

curry leaves

12 cloves

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend the curd, add salt to taste then add water mix thoroughly.

* Step 2

For tempering heat ghee in a kadhai add panch phoron, chilli, asafoetida, curry leaves and garlic cook for 2 minutes.

* Step 3

Pour the tempering into the curd mixture, sprinkle the cumin powder cover and keep it side for 5 minutes,

Strain the mixture.

Serve chilled.
