Coffee Dosa

#goldenapron3 This coffee flavoured dosa prepared with coconut, strawberries , cucumber and beetroot is amazing to taste and must try for all.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and Soak all dals and rice for about 2 hours then grind it, make fine paste making dosa. Add salt to taste and 1/2 tsp coffee powder, mix well. For stuffing, in a plate, take coconut grated, sugar, cucumber slices, strawberry slices, beetroot slices, chopped green chilli and chat masala mix it keep aside.

Heat a greased tawa sprinkle some coffee water then pour the ladle of batter spread it, sprinkle 1 tsp oil and brush with little coffee water, make crispy dosa.

Stuffed with stuffing serve whipping cream.
