Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast the dal in a kadai. Then soak the dal for 10 minutes, heat 2 tbsp of oil in a kadai then add cumin seeds, chopped garlic, chopped onion, chopped chilli cook for 3 minutes,
* Step 2
Then add tomato, soaked dal, peas, salt to taste, and turmeric powder mix well.
* Step 3
Then add water & cover, cook it slow flame for 15 minutes then add spinach leaves slices cover it cook again for 10 minutes.
* Step 4
Then add crushed bodi, sugar, chopped coriander leaves and add ghee, cover the kadai cook for 10 minutes.Sprinkle garam masala powder, Serve hot with rice or roti.
