#vday I prepared this dessert for my family . This recipe has a lovely smooth velvety texture really delicious.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat milk in a kadai till it reaches boiling, stir it continuously, then add sugar and cardamom essence mix it throughly,
* Step 2
Then add agar agar mixture and cook and stir it continuously for 2 minutes. When the mixture reaches boiling, you will notice the milk to be in a crudle state (Dont worry, it is a part of the recipe). Immediately transfer the mixture in a heat proof glass dish and store it for 15 minutes in the refrigerator to set it. Now the white layer is complete.
* Step 3
After 15 minutes, heat water in a kadai, add sugar, red colour and agar agar mixture. Cook for 2 minutes. Then add lemon juice and mix properly. Then pour the mixture on the white layer. Then store it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
* Step 4
Serve cold in any shape you desire.
