Hearty Tomato

#dussehra I keep making tomato chutney or other savoury dishes but today I have tried and succeeded in making a very unique and tasty sweet dish for the very occasion of Diwali.

Ingredient

Food ration :

6 servings

Cooking time :

10 mins
6 tablespoons

Sugar

1/2 teaspoon

Clove powder

5 tablespoon

Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a kadai and pour tomato puree in it, boil for three minutes.

* Step 2

Gradually add sugar, ghee, clove powder and crushed fried dry fruits simmer it till the mixture becomes thick and the ghee separates from the Kadai.

* Step 3

Make heart shaped deign by pouring the mixture in a grease moulds. Make red velvet out of it.

Garnish with dry fruits and tomatoes
