Boil the eggs till well done and hard.

Peel and chill the eggs so as to get firm. slice each egg in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place in a separate bowl.

Dust the sliced eggs. Mix a light paste of flour and water and coat the egg whites. Dip them in seasoned crushed cornflakes and ensure it is coated evenly. lightly deep fry and set aside to cool.

Add the sour cream, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the yolks. Using a fork, mash everything together until all the ingredients are combined and the mixture is smooth.

Using a spoon, fill the empty egg whites with the mixture. Garnish with a dash of paprika. Serve cold.
