Aloo Paratha
This is an Indian potato stuffed flat bread...I can call it potato chapati. Goes well with curries

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Have your ingredients ready. Measure. Chop the onion and dhania.
* Step 2
Peel, wash and chop the potatoes
* Step 3
Boil the potatoes till tender. Drain and mash them smooth. Cover and refrigerate till well chilled.
* Step 4
Take them out from the fridge and add onions, coriander leaves, salt, garam masala powder, and red chilli powder. Mix well so that no lumps remain.
* Step 5
Put wheat flour in a large mixing bowl. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Make small-medium balls of the dough and roll them out small circles.
* Step 6
Add a spoonful of potato filling in the centre. Seal. Gradually press the rolling pin on all sides while making the parathas.
* Step 7
Now roll them gently with a rolling pin into round parathas.
* Step 8
Heat an iron tawa and roast the parathas, cooking them on both the sides with a spoonful of vegetable oil.
* Step 9
Serve hot with chicken curry
