Plain pancakes

Ingredient

240 g

flour

150 ml

hot milk

40 g

sugar

1 pinch

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl, add in the milk and melt the margarine. Dissolve in the salt and sugar. Whisk in the eggs. Add in the flour as you mix to a thick batter. Let it rest for at least 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Heat your pan to medium and brush a little oil. Pour in a Scoopful of the batter into the pan. Let it flow by itself. Allow it to heat up and as soon as bubbles start to form at the top, flip it and allow the other side to cook too. (Repeat this step for the rest of the batter)

* Step 3

Place in an underlined pot.

Serve and enjoy.
