Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel an finely chop the garlic cloves.
* Step 2
For the vinaigrette; In a small bowl add in the soy sauce, vinegar, oil and the garlic. give it a good mix. lightly season.
* Step 3
Deseed and peel the avocado. Cut it lengthwise, thinly, leaving an inch to the tip uncut. gently press using your knife to make the fan shape (as shown below).
* Step 4
Place the avocado on your plate, scoop some vinaigrette and place on top of the avocado. Enjoy.
