Ugali fritters
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Have your ugali and chop them into finger-sized strips
* Step 2
Make paste by mixing flour and water till smooth. Dip the ugali pieces till coated all round
* Step 3
Dip them into the wheetabix flakes and toss them till evenly coated. Chill for at least 15 minutes.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a work and deep fry the ugali pieces till a nice chrispy costing is formed
