* Step 1
In a sauce pan, heat the oil and stir in the sugar and salt. gradually add in the flour and stir until you get a crumbly texture,
* Step 2
Break in the egg and gradually add in the milk and mix until thee dough comes together. let cool.
* Step 3
Divide the dough into small pieces and shape them. chill for at least 30 minutes
* Step 4
In a medium heated oil, in a frying pan deep fry the dough pieces till they float and are golden. remove and let drain on a paper towel.
