Lemon and vanilla muffins

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius
* Step 2
Sift the flour together with baking powder and salt into a clean dry mixing bowl
* Step 3
Add in the margarine and the sugar and rub in to a bread crumb texture
* Step 4
Add in the milk and give it a mix using a spatula
* Step 5
Add in the eggs on by on as you dissolve them. make a nice heavy batter
* Step 6
Prepare your muffin tray by greasing and arranging the muffin cups. scoop the batter into the cups to 2/3 full
* Step 7
Reduce the temperature of the oven to 160 degrees Celsius and bake them for 30 to 40 minutes
* Step 8
Remove from the oven and cover with a cloth. let cool
* Step 9
Remove from the tin and serve
