Double Fried potato cubes

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop and wash the potatoes till the water is clear

In a medium heated oil, fry the potatoes for 2 -3 minutes in batches.

Remove and allow to cool.

Deep fry them for a second time so that they get the nice crispy coating
* Step 7

Remove and place in an underlined container so as to absorb he excess oil
