Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash clean your bananas, Peel and chop them into desired sizes
* Step 2
Saute the onions and add in the ginger garlic paste. Cook for a minute.
* Step 3
Pour in the curry powder and give a good mix
* Step 4
Add in the tomatoes and cook to a paste. Add in the tomato paste and mix. Season.
* Step 5
Add in the chopped bananas and mix
* Step 6
Add in the chopped bell pepper
* Step 7
Add in some water to just cover the bananas and let simmer till it reduces by half
* Step 8
Garnish.serve with rice and some kienyeji greens
