Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl whisk the flour together with the baking powder
* Step 2
Add in the yogurt little by little as you knead to reach a firm soft consistency. roll into a ball.Divide into desirable sizes
* Step 3
Dust your work surface and roll out to desired shapes
* Step 4
In a heated pan, place the rolled dough and allow to cook both sides. Keep flipping till you get brown patches and it puffs to your satisfaction
* Step 5
Brush margarine on top of each piece as you stack them. This enhances more flavor.
* Step 6
Serve plain or you can customize ingredients
