Crunchy fried noodles

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the noodles as per the packaging instructions
* Step 2
Remove from heat and drain in a sieve then pat with a paper towel. let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes
* Step 3
Take them in a large bowl, sprinkle 3 tbsp flour over it and toss gently. Spread them on a large plate and again sprinkle 2 tbsp flour over it. Let them dry at room temperature for at least 20 minutes to remove excess moisture.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium flame. Deep fry boiled noodles in batches until light brown and crispy.
* Step 5
Drain excess oil and transfer them on to oil absorbent paper spread on a plate. season with salt and pepper
* Step 6
Serve with your fav drink and sauce
