Wash your meat and allow water to drain

Start by rubbing in the mustard. Followed by the salt and black pepper then the mixed herbs. Do this one by one (for the spices to spread evenly and all round each piece) till the meat pieces are done

Ok lace your pieces in a bowl and add in brown sugar. Rub in

Add the pineapple juice, cover and allow to rest when covered.

Place on the grill and brown on both sides
