Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil your chicken with some salt, ginger, garlic and pepper for 10 minutes, drain and leave to cool
* Step 2
In another bowl, pour in the flour and mix with some salt, black pepper, garam Marsala,chili powder, mixed herbs, ginger powder, garlic powder and paprika. Mix. Bread your chicken pieces here. Shake and tap to remove excess breading.
* Step 3
In another bowl, beat your eggs and season. dip the breaded chicken pieces here and coat them.
* Step 4
In the third bowl, put in your bread crumbs. make the final coat using the bread crumbs.
* Step 5
Heat oil to medium in a frying pan and fry your chicken till golden brown.
* Step 6
Serve with your favorite sauce
