Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients then rub in the oil and the butter
* Step 2
Add the vanilla essence into the milk and mix. Pour the milk into the bowl and make a nice smooth dough
* Step 3
Add in the sultanas and kneed again
* Step 4
Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes
* Step 5
Dust your work surface and roll out the dough to a 1/2 inch thickness and cut into desired shapes and sizes
* Step 6
In a medium heated oil fry your dough pieces till golden brown on both sides
* Step 7
Serve on kiddies crunchy snack
