Ginger garlic chicken stew
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the chicken pieces in salty water and add in grated ginger and garlic
* Step 2
Meanwhile, chop the vegetables
* Step 3
Separate the boiled chicken from the chicken stock
* Step 4
Heat oil and add in the onions. Let them cook till translucent. Add in the grated turmeric, ginger and garlic. Let cook for a minute.
* Step 5
Add in tomatoes and let them cook to a paste
* Step 7
Add in the chicken pieces and mix. Add in your spices.
* Step 8
Add in the chicken stock, cover and let simmer till it reduces by half
* Step 9
Remove from heat and serve
