Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel, chop and boil your cassava in salty water til soft
* Step 2
Strain the cassava chips, put in some cold water and let them dry but not completely
* Step 3
In another container, pour in some flour and season with some salt, paprika and pepper and bread your cassava pieces. Shake to remove excess flour.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a frying pan to medium and fry your breaded cassava pieces till they float
* Step 5
Remove and place in an underlined container
