Chocolate sugar and cocoa puff rolls

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the sugar and cocoa powder on the work surface
* Step 2
Work the dough over the sugar and cocoa mixture, roll and then apply some molten chocolate on one side
* Step 3
Take one end, and roll to the middle (the choco side, inside), roll the other end and bring them to meet
* Step 4
Cut the dough into desired sizes and sprinkle some more cocoa sugar mixture
* Step 5
Arrange them neatly on an oven tray then apply some egg wash
* Step 6
Put in a 200 degree preheated oven, and bake for 10 minutes
