Arrange the bread pieces on tray and sprinkle the milk

Let the soaked bread dry in the sun
* Step 4
Using a pestle and mortar, crush the dry bread.
* Step 5
Sieve
* Step 6
Crush the residue once more and sieve
* Step 7
Store in an air-tight container in a cool dry place.
