Tilapia wet-fry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large skillet, heat enough oil for deep frying the tilapia

* Step 2

Sprinkle some salt on the fish evenly then dip into the oil carefully. leave 8 minutes; 4 minutes on each side. Remove and allow excess oil to drain.

* Step 3

In another pan, sweat the onions then add in the garlic-ginger paste.

* Step 4

Add in the tomatoes, sprinkle some salt and pepper, and cover. Allow to smoothen

* Step 5

Add the cubes and a little water and stir.

* Step 6

Put in the fried fish, scooping the sauce and pouring on the fish repeatedly for a minute.

* Step 7

Garnish with dhania
