Beef stew

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut beef stew pieces into bite size pieces. Season with salt and pepper and Worcestershire and set aside in a bowl

* Step 2

Depending on how much meat you have depends on how much butter you'll need for this next step

* Step 3

In a stickless frying pan, melt 1/4 cup of butter on medium high heat. Let the butter turn Brown and make sure pan is HOT

* Step 4

Put meat in pan (enough to sizzle in the butter) and let cook for 30-45 seconds then use a spatula to flip meat and cook an additional 30-45 seconds. After cooked pour entire contents of pan into a bowl

* Step 5

Repeat step 4 until all meat is cooked
