Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boiled the water, wash rice pour it into the boiled water,add pinch of salt mix it and cover it allow it to boiled when it done per boil it and add cuts carrot inside mix it and steam it until it done.
* Step 2
For the sauce, firstly greet the scotch bonnet and onion put it into the pot add 1cup of water and boiled it,then add ur spices, seasoning,cabbage,carrot inside mix it and pour little oil inside cover it for 5min,when it done serve it.
