I had some leftover onion which I wanted to use, so I came up with this extra dish!
Ingredient
Food ration :
1 serving
1/2
Onion
2 tsp
Mayonnaise
1 tsp
Oyster sauce
3 grams
Bonito flakes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice the onion into 1 cm widths, and microwave for 2 minutes in a silicone steamer.
* Step 2
Add the mayonnaise and oyster sauce, mix well, then mix in the bonito flakes. Transfer to serving dishes, and top with bonito flakes to finish.
