Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil chole along with a small potli having(tea bag, 1 cardamom,2 cloves,1 stick cinnamon) baking soda little salt and pinch turmeric powder and required water. Boil until the chole turns soft.

* Step 2

Now take a pan add oil then add bay leaf and cumin seeds now chop onions and fry for 4-5 mins then add ginger garlic paste, cook for another 1 min now add chop tomatoes, turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt saute well and cook for 6-8 mins.

* Step 3

Now add a teaspoon chole masala and kashmiri red chilli powder for colour and cook in low flame for a minute now add boiled chole. Mash few chole to thicken the gravy.Add required water. Cover the pan and cook for 8-10 mins.

* Step 4

At last add garam masala powder amchur powder mix and cook. Now add slit green chillies and add 1 tbsp ghee for more flavour cook for 2-3 mins. Serve and enjoy with chapati.
