The credit of this recipe goes to Geeta Godhiwala ji(my cookpad friend) who really helped me to make this recipe , it turned out to be soft and tasty.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl and shift besan, add suji and all the other ingredients mention for batter, add little water a time to get a smooth batter.
* Step 2
Before proceeding, keep the pot with water on stove with a steamer to boil on medium flame. Grease the mould with little oil and keep aside.
* Step 3
Keep aside the batter for 5 mins and then add 1/2 tsp fruit salt and whisk vigoruosly in one direction.
* Step 4
Quickly transfer into the mould and set in the steamer.
* Step 5
Check with knife, if it comes out clean you are done.
* Step 6
Unmould and keep it to cool.Now assemble the tadka ingredient. Takea pan add oil add mustard seeds, chillies and curry leaves once crackles add water then add sugar and salt and pour it on the dhokla
* Step 7
Enjoy with friends and family.
