Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Assemble all spices together.
* Step 2
Boil and mashed potatoes.
* Step 3
Grind the slices of bread.
* Step 4
Take a big bowl add potatoes,spices,fresh bread crumbs and combine well.At last squeeze lemon juice.Mix together to make a soft dough.
* Step 5
Now take a small portion of the dough and roll it into cylindrical shape.Complete making all the rolls in the same way.
* Step 6
Prepare the slurry by mixing maida with water.
* Step 7
Now dip the rolls into it and coat it with bread crumbs.
* Step 8
Coat all rolls in the similar manner.Keep aside for 15- 20 mins.
* Step 9
Heat oil in a pan and drop 2-3 rolls at a time and fry till crisp and golden.Serve with your favourite dip.
