Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil milk once it boils vigorously, mix vinegar with water and gradually add it to milk keep stirring on high until the paneer separates from whey.
* Step 2
Switch off the flame and strain the paneer into a strainer. Now take a bowl add the paneer, then add suji, Desi ghee, sugar, cardamom powder and chopped nuts and mix it very well until the paneer is lump-free and smooth. Keep aside for 10- 15 mins.
* Step 3
Now grease a cake tin with ghee and add butter paper grease it too. Now add the paneer and tap it nicely. Add little salt at the base of the cooker and place a stand.Pre heat for 5-10 mins on high.
* Step 4
Keep the tin inside and allow it to bake for 35-40 mins. Once golden brown switch of the flame and allow it to cool.Once it gets cooled invert and tap. Now garnish with nuts and serve.
