Crispy baiguni with a twist(brinjal fritters)

This recipe is very easy to make with just two main ingredients brinjal and besan,but I have added suji and little rice flour to give a twist and to have more crisp taste.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash brinjal and cut thin slices
* Step 2
Take a bowl add all the ingredients mentioned under (for batter section).Add little water to make a semi thick batter,it should not be runny else the brinjal will not hold the besan.
* Step 3
Heat sufficient oil in a pan.Dip the brinjal slice in besan batter and drop in medium hot oil.
* Step 4
Fry 3-4 fritters at a time until golden and crisp.
* Step 5
Sprinkle black salt and serve hot with any sauce of your choice
