Sweet and tangy mango chutney

This super quick recipe is soo tasty and tangy.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the mangoes and cut lengthwise
* Step 2
Now heat a pan add oil,let it heat then add panch phoron and dry red chilli,let it crackle.
* Step 3
Then add the mangoes and saute for few seconds.Add all spices.
* Step 4
Finally add water and sugar and stir continuously to melt the sugar.
* Step 5
Once the mangoes turn soft switch off the flame.
