Masala bhindi

This sabji is easy to make and goes well with rice as well as chapatis. Quick fix in short time

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add oil in a pan,then add asofoetida and whole cumin seeds

* Step 2

Let the seeds splutter,now add sliced onion and cook for a while until translucent.

* Step 3

Now add sliced lady'finger and stir,add all the remaining masalas then add the tomato and cook on low flame add very little water.

* Step 4

After it's done add chopped coriander leaves and chopped chillies and serve hot.

* Step 5
