Masale wali daal

This daal is easily made and goes well with rice or rotis

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash daal properly and pressure cook the daal adding salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,cumin powder and bay leaf

* Step 2

Once the daal is tender keep aside

* Step 3

Now take a kadhai add oil then add cumin seeds let it crackle. Add chopped garlic cloves and a whole red chilli

* Step 4

As the garlic turns brown invert the daal from the cooker into the pan.

* Step 5

Close the lid immediately and Allow it to boil.

* Step 6

Serve with fried onion slices.
