Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan add oil,add sliced onion and fry until brown add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,salt,garam masala powder and minced chicken

* Step 2

Let us cook.Once done your stuffing is ready.Now add chopped onion,green chillies and coriander leaves.

* Step 3

Take a thin rectangle samosa strip add stuffing in one corner,now fold it upside down forming a triangle shape keep folding in the similar manner until u reach the end of the strip

* Step 4

Apply slurry at the edge and bind the ends nicely keeping in mind to stick the ends properly.Else the stuffing might papaya out while frying

* Step 5

Complete all samosas in the same manner

* Step 6

Now heat oil in a wok.keep it in medium flame.Add 2-3 samosas at a time and fry until crisp.

* Step 7

Serve with any dip or sauce..I have served with mint coriander chutney.
