Easy and simple sweet dish

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan add ghee.

* Step 2

In a bowl beat egg,sugar and milk,whisk nicely.

* Step 3

Add the mixture in ghee,stir continuously.Until the pan leaves ghee then add elaichi powder.

* Step 4

Take out the halwa on a plate and garnish with chopped dried fruits. Now it’s ready to serve.
