I'm tired of eating yam bt it's my husbands favorite,so i gat to prepare it in a dff way so dat i can eat without any complain πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ here we go.....

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel yam n cut into cubes wash n keep aside.

* Step 2

Pour oil into a pan n put d pan on a medium heat,wen d oil is hot then add a pinch of salt to d yam n fry until crispy.

* Step 3

In a pan,add little oil n chopped garlic n stir fry, den add d seasonings n spices,den pour d fried yam n keep stirring,add d veggies n onions n allow it for like 10mins,den it's done.

* Step 4

Here we go,I served mine with a cup of carrot juice.
