Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pressure cooker add 1 tbsp ghee, add grated carrot, cooked 5 minutes, then add milk, cook for 2 whistles, open the lid of cooker transfer this mixture into a wok.
* Step 2
Cooked it until all water dries, then add ghee and cook it for another 5 minutes.
* Step 3
Add sugar and cardamom and mix well.
* Step 5
Switch off flame, garnish with khoya and dry fruits.
