Singhare Ke aate Ki Barfi

Singhare Ke aate Ki Barfi

Ingredient

3 tablespoon

Ghee

1 1/2 cup

water

15-20

raisins

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan heat ghee, add singhare ka aata and saute on medium flame till light brown.

* Step 2

Add water and mix well, keep stirring, try not to form any lumps.

* Step 3

When all water absorbed, add sugar and mix well.

* Step 4

Keep stirring until ghee starts to leave sides of the pan.

* Step 5

Add cardamom powder, raisins,half of almond and mix well.

* Step 6

Grease arey or plate with ghee or butter.

* Step 7

Transformer burfi mixture into tray and set ir and let it to cool for 10 minute.

* Step 8

Cut in square or any shape of your choice garnish with chopped almond.

* Step 9

Eat in Navratri, or in fast or any time.
