Beetroot and Dates Shrikhand

#Cookwithoutfire......My baby don't like eat curd...So I made this Shri khand.....I am sharing this simple recipe with a twist with addition of dates and beetroot, pomegranate juice and little bit honey. Shri khand is a big source if vitamin B 12, calcium where as date is rich in Minerals and acts as an Antioxidant .So made this delicious and healthy bites if Beetroot dates Shrikhand.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Hang the yougert in musclin cloth for 5-6 hours till all the water drained out and you get a thick curd.

* Step 2

Bekend all dates with a spoon of water and make fine paste.

* Step 3

In abhi bowl,take thickened curd, add Beetroot and pomegranate juice, add dates pure, cardamom powdered and light beat it for 3-4 minute till you get creamy consistency.

* Step 4

Add some chopped almonds and raisens...And garnish with some almonds and raisens.

* Step 5

Keep it in freez, cool it an hour before serve.

* Step 6
