Beetroot & feta salad

Ingredient

Food ration :

250 gm

Beetroot

200 gm

Feta cheese

2 tbsp

Olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the Beetroots for 15 minutes

* Step 2

Cool down peel and cubed the Beetroots

* Step 3

Now wash the lettuce leaves and iceberg and cut roughly

* Step 4

Now take the walnuts and toast for few minutes

* Step 5

Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients and mix

* Step 6

Take feta cheese cut in cubes and sprinkle over salad

* Step 7

Add the seasoning, serve and Enjoy
