Doughnuts
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl add flour, bread improver and yeast.
* Step 2
In another bowl add water + sugar and mix.
* Step 3
Now mix oil and all the ingredients thoroughly and and leave for proofing for 35 minutes.
* Step 4
After proofing take a dough on work surface and roll it half inch take a dough cutter make medium size doughnuts as much as you like and proof for 15 minutes untill double in size.
* Step 5
Heat oil and fry the dounuts for 1 minutes or untill golden brown in colour, leave the doughnuts for 15 minutes untill cool down.
* Step 6
Now ready the glaze for doughnuts, melt the chocolate in double boiler add little oil for shiny consistency, dip the doughnuts into it and leave for another 15 minutes to set.
* Step 7
In the end sprinkle some sweet vermicelli on top of the Dounuts and Enjoy.
